What You Can and Can't Fly With:
Each person may take a carry-on bag plus one personal item (like a purse, backpack, or laptop). Carry-ons must be able to fit under your seat or in the overhead compartment. Make sure all your medications are with you in your carry-on bag and any liquids must be 3 ounces or less in a quart size zip-lock bag.

Extra Baggage Costs:
Airlines charge for each checked bag for domestic travel and some charge for international travel. Please check with your airline for specific baggage fees.

Passport Requirements:
Passports are required for any travel outside of the United States. Passports and Visas are the responsibility of the traveler. Admiral Travel is not responsible for anyone denied travel because of improper documents. Rules change all the time so to keep up to date please check the Department of State website at www.travel.state.gov.
Also anyone concerned about vaccinations please check out the Center for Disease Control & Prevention at www.cdc.gov.

Travel Insurance:
Admiral Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance. There are different types of insurance, so please ask your agent for more information.

Cancellations:
There are always fees associated with canceling a reservation, but they will vary. Please contact your agent for specific cancellation fees.

Service Charges:
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for airline tickets, hotel reservations, and cruise or tour bookings.

Disclaimer of Liability:
The responsibility of Admiral Travel International is limited. Admiral Travel International acts merely as a travel agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, tours, cruises, etc.). Therefore Admiral Travel International shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers.
Admiral Travel International assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused to any traveler in connection with any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent's control.
Travelers assume complete and full responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
