What You Can and Can't Fly With:
Each person may take a carry-on bag plus one personal item (like a purse, backpack, or laptop). Carry-ons must be able to fit under your seat or in the overhead compartment. Make sure all your medications are with you in your carry-on bag and any liquids must be 3 ounces or less in a quart size zip-lock bag.

Extra Baggage Costs:
Airlines charge for each checked bag for domestic travel and some charge for international travel. Please check with your airline for specific baggage fees.

Passport Requirements:
Passports are required for any travel outside of the United States. Passports and Visas are the responsibility of the traveler. Admiral Travel is not responsible for anyone denied travel because of improper documents. Rules change all the time so to keep up to date please check the Department of State website at

Travel Insurance:
Admiral Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance. There are different types of insurance, so please ask your agent for more information.

There are always fees associated with canceling a reservation, but they will vary. Please contact your agent for specific cancellation fees.

Service Charges:
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for airline tickets, hotel reservations, and cruise or tour bookings.
